Banning of Lightening Strike |

Due to recent testing and thoughts, up until the release of publish 38,
the use of the bushido move lightning strike is banned from use in RP
PvP in any CoRE guild. This is due to the massively overpowering
advantage as identified by people outside of roleplaying organisations,
as well as ourselves. This is also to increase enjoyabilty to engage in
RP PvP to everyone as a whole. Hopefully a 'fix' is on its way with the
publish 38, whereupon lightning strike will be reassessed for inclusion.
