RoE changes in reference to the release of UOML |

The only addition for the Rules of Engagement used by CoRE membered guilds is the following:
The use of Quivers in any Roleplay fighting and/or engagement is not permittable from now on.
More additions may or may not be placed into the RoE as more testing
takes place, but if changes are made they will be announced.
